GYMNASTICS & TUMBLING CLINICS



The clinics at 2D Sports & Fitness are designed to elevate the development of skills in a non-competitive and fun environment.


Our curriculum covers dance techniques, core gymnastics concepts and basic through advanced tumbling skills. 2D Clinics prepares gymnasts, dancers, tumblers and all athletes for recreational or competitive participation.


In addition, athletes will sharpen their skills in agility, rhythm, teamwork and personal expression.

Handstands, cartwheels, one-arm cartwheels, roundoffs and beginning aerials.

Series - front and back.

Example - front handspring, front flip, to a roundoff back handspring.

Polishing and refining skills for all levels.



SCHOOL BREAK CLINICS



School Break Clinics with 2D Sports & Fitness elevates skills by focusing on specific techniques in gymnastics, tumbling and all sports.


This curriculum covers core fitness and all sports. Plus, it introduces youngsters to a variety of sports and teaches basic skills and techniques.


These clinics are offered during Spring, Summer, Thanksgiving and Christmas school breaks.
