TUITION
Tuition is due on the 25th of each month for the following month’s classes or program. Tuition is based on an average of 4 classes per month and will not be prorated for missed classes. A late fee of $25 will be assessed after the 5th of the month. Tuition, either full or prorated, is non-refundable, but transferable to other programs.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE
A $90 registration fee is due at the time of enrollment and annually on the enrollment anniversary thereafter. The annual registration fee applies to all programs at 2D Sports & Fitness and is non-refundable.
PAYMENT
Monthly tuition payment can be made by ACH, cash, check, credit card, or credit card on file. A late fee of $75 will be assessed if a credit card fails to authorize by the 5th of the month. A fee of $25 will be assessed for a returned check.
UNENROLLMENT
Unenrollment may be submitted in person, in writing, through the website, or over the phone on or before the 15th of the month for which you are unenrolling. If unenrollment occurs after the 15th of the month, then the following month’s full tuition may be assessed.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
Make-up classes can be scheduled through Denise for any class missed, except for those classes that are missed due to a holiday. Tuition will not be pro-rated for missed classes.
ATTIRE
Athletes should dress in leotards and athletic clothing without buttons, zippers, snaps, hooks, etc. Athletes should have their hair pulled back and refrain from wearing jewelry.
