Originally known as Special Needs Gymnastics, SNG offers programs designed to enhance the physical, mental, emotional and social skills of children and young adults with disabilities.

With over 35 years of experience, SNG provides a unique approach to working with athletes and students while its programs are designed to build the skills necessary for a lifetime of achievements.

Although gymnastics is the heart of its programs, SNG also offers swimming, cycling, fitness, ninja, all sports, life skills, art, music, camps and SNG 2Go.
